Your patient mandate
Separate choice
The $100 early-patient offer requires your separate acceptance of this mandate. Marketing permission and public recognition are independent choices. Joining does not give blanket consent to every possible future method. A contribution record, patient mandate, certificate and email subscription are separate records.
Present responsibilities
Retain your accepted contribution record and wishes, maintain a way for you to update them, keep the accepted objective within the mission, and work to carry the records and responsibilities through leadership changes. These are the intended present duties, not a promised treatment date.
Future responsibility
Pursue suitable routes to your future existence and the resources to provide them. Deliver a suitable intervention if possible and sufficiently funded in accordance with your accepted wishes. Scientific feasibility, recoverable information, institutional survival and eventual funding are uncertain.
Your instructions
You can revise or withdraw your consent while capable of making that decision. Contact support@keepexisting.com to arrange a verified change. A completed full refund of this participation revokes its mandate and removes it from the active patient register; the cancelled record remains in transaction history. No other person gains authority to withdraw your mandate merely by possessing a certificate or claiming an inheritance.
No automatic queue promise
The participant ID is a record identifier, not a treatment queue position. Early weighting, eligibility and method-specific priority require a separately disclosed policy; the $100 checkout does not invent those rights.
