Information used
Email signup stores the email address, brand, stated permission, confirmation/unsubscribe state and timestamps. Payment records include the receipt address, processor references, amount, accepted terms, patient-mandate acceptance and any request for public recognition. Resource inquiries record a contact email, category, short description and patient-interest flag; they do not establish a patient mandate. We do not ask for health histories, private keys or API keys in these forms.
Why and where
Information supports requested updates, payments, records, participant instructions, fraud/abuse prevention and support. Vercel hosts the application; Neon stores records; PayPal processes payments; Resend delivers email. Resource inquiries, including their email address and complete description, are also delivered to the private Telegram bot chat of the operator for review. Signup, confirmation, checkout, payment and refund notifications also deliver the submitted email, website, timestamps, confirmation/payment status, reference and consented traffic source/variant when recorded to that same private operator chat. Checkout alone does not subscribe you to marketing. Providers may process data in other countries.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics load only after consent on the public site. Internal visits are excluded. We do not include form emails or private patient wishes in analytics payloads. You can change analytics preferences at any time. Email permission is separate from patient consent.
Email choices
Confirm your email to activate requested progress updates. Unsubscribe through the link in email or contact support. Email links use private tokens; do not share them. Unsubscribing does not request a refund or withdraw a patient mandate.
Retention and requests
We retain essential accepted contribution and mandate records while needed for the commitment, transaction obligations and applicable law. We remove unnecessary marketing data when no longer needed, retaining a suppression record where needed to respect your opt-out. Contact support to request deletion or ask about a particular record. Submit no medical or other sensitive records through the launch forms.
